Static Castings

We offer a wide range of static castings. We design these castings as per emerging market demands and offer these in various customized sizes & specifications. Developed under the close supervision of our experienced professionals, these static castings are extensively used in aerospace, marine, and power transmission industries. Our range of static castings includes heat resistant castings, stainless steel castings and centrifugal castings.

Heat Resistant Casting

Heat Resistant Casting

Available with us, is a wide range of heat resistant castings that is fabricated keeping in mind the diverse requirements of cement and thermal power plants. These heat resistant castings have excellent resistance to warping, cracking, and thermal fatigue hence are also suit able for oil refinery heaters and furnaces, radiant tubes, and heat treat fixtures.

Salient Features :

  • Consistent performance
  • Corrosion resistance
  • Highly durable

Stainless Steel Casting

Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Stainless Steel Castings that is widely appreciated by our clients for durability, high tolerance, and corrosion & abrasion resistance. Designed in compliance with international standards and norms, these stainless steel castings are ideal for automobile, construction, and engineering.

Salient Features :

  • Easy to handle
  • Foot operation design
  • Hygienic inner bin with handle
  • Durable opening mechanism

Stainless Steel Casting

Centrifugal Casting

Centrifugal Casting

We offer our clients a wide range of Centrifugal Casting, which is a rotationally symmetric component. These castings are fabricated by the rotocasting process (centrifugal casting process) using dimensionally accurate molds and horizontal centrifugal casting machines. Available at competitive prices, these castings are highly demanded in market.

Following are the steps involved in the manufacturing process of centrifugal castings:

  • Molten metal is poured into the bore of a permanent mould that is rotating around its long axis
  • The wall thickness of the part is determined by the amount of poured metal
  • The centrifugal force presses the molten metal against the inner wall of the mould, densifying the metal and thus reducing shrinkage porosity and gas-related defects
